This policy regulates all order processing timelines, shipping delivery windows, delivery fees, international customs rules, and lost/damaged shipment procedures for every order placed at hba622485@gmail.com
Order Processing Lead Time
All orders require 1–3 business days processing time before dispatch. Processing operates Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays and weekends.
- Any order submitted after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next following business day.
- Flash sales, holiday peak season orders may extend processing time to a maximum of 5 business days; we will notify affected customers via automated email for delays.
- Custom personalized merchandise requires an additional 2–4 business days production lead time prior to shipment.

Domestic United States Shipping
- Standard Ground Shipping: Free shipping for all orders subtotaling $75 USD or higher
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days post-processing
- Expedited Express Shipping: Flat rate $9.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days post-processing
International Global Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: Flat rate $12.99
Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days (timeline varies based on local customs clearance speed)
- Priority International Shipping: Flat rate $19.99
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days with expedited customs clearance support
We currently deliver to most countries within North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Certain remote or courier-restricted regions will be unavailable as shipping options during checkout.
Order Shipment Tracking
Once your package departs our warehouse, an automated email containing your unique tracking number and courier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking status updates may take 24–48 hours to populate fully on carrier official websites. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 consecutive business days, contact our shipping support team to file a shipment investigation.
Shipping Fee Regulations
- All US domestic orders over the $75 USD subtotal threshold qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping.
- US orders below $75 USD carry a fixed flat ground shipping cost of $5.99.
- All international delivery fees are flat rates automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country.
- Original delivery shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable for voluntary customer-initiated returns.
International Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, border clearance fees, or local sales tax charged by your destination country’s customs authority.
- All import-related charges are the sole financial responsibility of the customer and collected upon package delivery by your local courier or customs office.
- antoniobutler does not cover, reimburse, or compensate customers for any customs duties, storage fees, or customs hold charges on international orders.
- If you refuse package delivery due to unwillingness to pay customs fees, all return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
Lost Package Claim Process
Wait a minimum of 10 full business days after your estimated delivery date before submitting a lost shipment inquiry. Email your order number and tracking ID to support@antoniobutler.com, and we will initiate an official loss investigation with the shipping carrier. Approved lost shipment claims allow customers to select either free re-shipment of goods or a full product refund (one resolution per lost order).
Damaged Goods Upon Delivery
Immediately upon receiving a damaged package, capture clear photographs of the damaged product, all inner packaging materials, and the outer shipping box within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Submit all visual evidence to our support email. We cover all costs for replacement merchandise and return shipping fees for items damaged during courier transit.
Shipping Restrictions
- United States PO Box addresses are only compatible with standard ground shipping. Expedited and international shipments require a valid physical residential or commercial street address.
- We cannot ship hazardous, restricted, or regulated items per global courier transportation guidelines.
